Not this location, but day 1 at North Market. This place is legit! The steak even on its own was loaded with flavor. Paired with the onions, different cheeses, and more...absolutely delicious. Friendly and engaging staff at the counter led to great service from ordering to food being ready. Can't wait to get back, as they have really brought Philly to Columbus.

A definite place to stop in the cute Creekside area of Gahanna! The employees are all very nice. You can tell there are many regulars and the staff really take care of the guests and make them feel comfortable, it's a good vibe! The cheesesteaks were absolutely amazing and the fries.... GET THE FRIES! We'll be back soon and will definitely recommend to others!

Ordered online for my husband to bring home. He said the service was top tier. The food was ready and stayed piping on the 30 minute drive home. My husband and sons said this was the best sandwich ever. I loved mine as well. Loaded with meat and plenty of cheese wiz. Even though I ordered extra sides just in case. Fries were delicious. I can say that our family thinks Marlows has the best cheesesteaks around! Worth the drive and the cost. We will be back!

Service was great. Menu is short to help keep things moving. The bar appears to be a big attraction.

I'm not even going to leave a long review. Best Philly I've ever had. Trying the chicken Philly next. Staff were very helpful, very nice vibe. Will also have to check out karaoke on Wednesdays.

My brother told me about this place a few weeks back. Him, me and some friends went yesterday and it was well worth the visit! I was worried about finding parking, but found a spot immediately upon arriving. As you walk up to the restaurant you notice the small outside seating area. The inside is spacious with plenty of seating and is decorated with Philadelphia sports and music items. The staff were outstanding across the board, professional, friendly and fun. They allowed us to move three tables together for the six of us. I ordered the Marlow's way cheesesteak and a order of hand cut fries. The sandwich is big! Stuffed full of shaved beef, onions, hot peppers, mushrooms, hot mustard, cheese whiz and provolone cheese all piled in to a roll that was crunchy on the outside and tender inside. Nice and messy! The hand cut fries were fried just perfectly and are covered with a nice salty tangy seasoning, no ketchup was needed. They have a decent selection of beers and drinks at the bar and make a great Moscow Mule. Great place, great people, I will definitely be going back!

If you can snag a seat at the bar when you enter Marlow's in hopes of dining in, consider yourself lucky. All the (well deserved) hype around Marlow's makes it a busy place most of the time (or at least when I go). There's a full service bar and the bartenders are friendly and quick to take your drink and food order. Marlow's participates in Gahanna's seasonal cocktail trail so I always ask what new seasonal drink they have but there are also seemingly endless options of cocktails to choose from or water ice for your designated driver. If the bar isn't your thing, you can order from the host stand and find a table to sit and wait for your food. All the food comes out to-go style but Marlow's welcomes anyone to dine-in. If you've been living under a rock since they opened, Marlow's has the best cheesesteaks in Ohio. I always get the Classic Wiz Wit. It's a huge savory cheesesteak but I somehow always finish it no matter how much my stomach is begging me to stop. Fries are not an afterthought here either, they're perfectly seasoned and no matter what add on's you put over top they are crispy and delicious. You're definitely going to be walking out of Marlow's with a full, uncomfortable belly but you are absolutely not going to regret it.

The space was smaller than I expected, but filled with character. The ordering process was simple and the cheesesteaks were incredible. True works of art.

Finally made it out to Gahanna to give Marlow's a try! You order at the ordering counter or the bar, and they bring it out to you. All food comes prepared "to-go" but you can eat it there no problem. They have a full bar which I wasn't expecting for a sandwich joint. My SO and I split the "Classic Wiz Wit" and got an order of fries with a side of cheese. The whole sandwich is probably 12-14 inches so definitely split-able for two people. It was ready in less than 10 minutes and we started chowing down. The steak was delicious, with little to no 'chewy parts' -- the little bits of tendon or other parts that are always a risk with some steak subs. The fries were the star of the show. Somehow they had the shape of a thick potato chip, but also had sort of curled edges, which made it perfect for dipping in the cheese sauce. Overall, we enjoyed the food. The cheesesteak was good but the fries were better. Although after hearing from countless others about the cheesesteaks from Marlow's, I was expecting it to be in the "best I've ever had category," which it fell just short of. That said, we would definitely come back. Lastly, shoutout to Morgan who was working behind the bar and did a great job for us first timers.
